IVS process refers to a fully integrated visual inspection and classification system that incorporates several inspection technologies such as Automatic Optical Inspection (AOI), Final Visual Inspection (FVI), and Visual Review System (VRS). Real-time defect detection, review and classification are possible through AI filtering.
